1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using LevelUp Loyalty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is designed to work exclusively with Shopify stores and is subject to Shopify's terms of use.

2. Service Description

LevelUp Loyalty provides a gamification-based loyalty program for Shopify stores, including XP earning, level progression, and automatic discount code generation. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

The App offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. All billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. Subscription charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access customer and order data from your Shopify store solely to operate the loyalty program.

5. Limitation of Liability

LevelUp Loyalty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. The App creates Shopify discount codes on your behalf — you are responsible for monitoring discount usage and redemption.
