Data We Collect

LevelUp Loyalty collects customer data from your Shopify store including customer IDs, order data, and purchase history. This data is used solely to power your loyalty program — awarding XP, tracking levels, and generating discount rewards.

How We Use Your Data

Customer data is processed to calculate XP earnings, determine level progression, and automatically generate Shopify discount codes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All data is isolated per store and processed securely.

Data Retention

We retain loyalty data (XP history, level records, reward grants) for the duration of your subscription. Upon uninstalling the app, you may request full data deletion by contacting our support team. We comply with Shopify's GDPR mandatory webhooks for customer data requests and erasure.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security practices including HMAC signature verification for all Shopify webhooks.
